Final Fantasy VII takes the crown

There is a new #1. Final Fantasy VII climbed from #89 to the top since the last Crown Report and wins 90% of its matchups. Skyrim, which held the crown last week, is now #2, with Horizon Zero Dawn right behind at #3.

Hades jumped from #128 to #7 and Valheim from #160 to #33. Age of Empires II went the other way, sliding from #6 to #76. Twitch chat is rooting for The Last of Us as its pick on the 24/7 stream.

Horror Day is this Saturday, Oct 31. All day on Twitch, chat picks the scariest game ever, horror games only, with their own Horror GOAT list so the main rankings stay untouched. Want to move the board before then? Vote on today's matchup or jump into the arena.
